At XLO, we believe the future of fashion isn’t just about what we wear—but how it's made, used, and reused. Circular fashion is a smarter, more responsible way to create garments. Instead of the traditional take-make-waste model, circular fashion keeps materials in use and out of landfills.
The journey starts with recycled materials, which are turned into garments by responsible manufacturers. Pre-consumer waste—offcuts and unused fabrics—is collected before it ever hits the bin. These garments then reach customers through retail partners who share our values.
After a garment’s life with the customer, it doesn’t end up as waste. It enters the cycle again. Post-consumer clothing is collected, broken down by recyclers, and transformed into new yarn. That yarn becomes the raw material for the next round of manufacturing—closing the loop.
This circular model reduces our dependence on virgin resources, keeps textiles out of landfills, and challenges the status quo of fast fashion. At XLO, we design with circularity in mind, partnering with ethical B2B brands to make sustainability not just an option—but the standard.
Let’s create fashion that goes full circle, or an infinity loop.
